Fifty Shades of Grey has been one of the most anticipated movies of the year. People who loved E. L. James’ novel of love, sex, and sadomasochism couldn’t wait to see the fantasy brought to life, while those who derided the book as nothing but Twilight fanfiction couldn’t wait to laugh at the movie. Of course, no matter what motivated people to go to the theater, James and director Sam Taylor-Johnson won: Fifty Shades brought in over $200 million in its opening weekend. (more…)
Kit Harington, best known for playing Jon Snow in the hit series Game of Thrones, recently walked the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie Testament of Youth. Harington plays Roland Leighton, the fiancé of the story’s main character, Vera Brittain. The movie follows Brittain (played by Alicia Vikander) as she leaves Oxford University to work as a nurse during World War I. It’s based on the real Vera Brittain’s memoir. The film co-stars Taron Egerton as Brittain’s brother Edward and Colin Morgan as her friend Victor Richardson. (more…)

We’ve been eagerly following the shift in the way that the world interprets men’s formal style for a while now – waiting somewhat hungrily for the good old fashioned tuxedo to regain its spotlight.
